My friend and fellow BBQ fan Paul Jackson informed my of this development. A new BBQ place in Oak Cliff is opening up called Lockhart Smokehouse . Now if you know anything about Texas BBQ, the tiny town of Lockhart is to BBQ eaters what the Vatican is to the Catholics, the Temple in Salt Lake City is to the Mormons, and Cowboys Stadium is to the Methodists. Let's hope that it does not disappoint.
